Shops for daily needs can be reached on foot in a few minutes (approx. 500 m). With the tram (stop approx. 500 m from the house), you are in Berlin Mitte (Alexanderplatz station) in approx. 30 minutes.
The Gardens of the World or the hiking area around the Wuhle river offer many activities. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
