  2. You may park in all car parks that are not reserved for someone else with a sign, please pay attention to the markings and only occupy one parking space.

  4. Go to the booked room (see the room number from the booking confirmation) and take the key from the box next to the entrance
    Remove the plastic protection – see picture. Take the code from your booking, select it, welcome!
  5. If you have not checked in online : Please fill in the registration form (available in the flat) and send it to me together with a photo of your identity card/passport  via MMS / Whatsapp to: +49 160 851 2146

The password can be found in the folder in your apartment
Please do not use the WiFi connection for TV or streaming films, as the bandwidth is not sufficient for this and other guests will not be able to use the Internet

House rules

  1. Please use the slippers provided – entering the flat with street shoes is not permitted
  2. Quiet times are from 10 pm to 7 am, please be considerate of other guests
  3. The kitchen must be left clean, rubbish must be removed from the apartment
  4. If the kitchen is not left clean or the rubbish is not disposed of, we will unfortunately be forced to charge an additional cleaning fee of €25-50.
  5. Please do not use the Wi-Fi connection for TV or streaming films, as the bandwidth is not sufficient and other guests will not be able to use the internet
  6. Please switch off the heating during the day to save costs
  7. Ventilation in winter: Please ventilate the flat by means of „shock ventilation“ for 2-3 minutes, with wide open windows, if necessary with draughts from several windows.
  8. Parking is free of charge, please park in the car parks marked „Schwanenburg“
  9. Check-out is until 10 am. Please leave the key on the table in the apartment
  10. You can dispose of your rubbish in the rubbish bins located at the first car entrance in Lindenberger Str. (see map). Please use the appropriate bins (blue: paper, black: residual waste, plastic: yellow bags) for disposal. If you need additional rubbish bags, please contact the administration.
  11. Smoking is not permitted. Please only smoke in the specially designated smoking areas outside.
  12. Pets are not allowed
