  2. You may park in any parking spaces not reserved with a sign for someone else; please pay attention to the markings and only occupy one parking space.



  3. If you have booked apartments 30-50, the directions are slightly different. Please use the descriptions below:

  4. Go to your booked room (see the room number on your booking confirmation) and take the key from the box next to the entrance.
    Remove the plastic cover – see image. Take the code from your booking, enter it, welcome!
  5. If you have not checked in online: Please fill out the registration form (available in the apartment) and send it to me along with a photo of your ID card/passport via MMS / Whatsapp to: +49 160 851 2146    

WiFi/WLAN

You will find the password in the folder in your apartment.
Please do not use the Wi-Fi connection for TV or streaming movies, as the bandwidth is not sufficient for this, and other guests will then not be able to use the internet.

House Rules

  1. Please use the provided slippers – entering the apartment with outdoor shoes is not allowed.
  2. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM; please be considerate of other guests.
  3. The kitchen must be left clean, and all rubbish must be removed from the apartment.
  4. If the kitchen is not left clean or the waste is not disposed of, we will unfortunately have to charge an additional cleaning fee of 25-50 €. 
  5. Please do not use the Wi-Fi connection for TV or movie streaming, as the bandwidth is not sufficient for this and other guests would then be unable to use the internet.
  6. Please turn off the heating during the day to save energy costs.
  7. Ventilation in winter: Please briefly air out the apartment for 2-3 minutes by opening windows wide, possibly creating a cross-draft with multiple windows. 
  8. Parking is free; please park in the spaces marked 'Schwanenburg'.
  9. Check-out is by 10 AM. Please leave the key on the table inside the apartment.
  10. You can dispose of your waste at the bins located by the first driveway on Lindenberger Str. (See map). Please use the correct bins for disposal: blue for paper, black for general waste, and yellow bags for plastic. If you require additional trash bags, please contact the administration.
  11. Smoking is not permitted. Please use only the designated outdoor smoking areas.
  12. Pets are not allowed.
  13. Price List for Additional Services
    • Washing machine: €5
    • Additional bed linen: 4.- €
    • Additional towel: 2.- €
    • Mid-stay cleaning of the apartment, including bed linen and towels: From €25 for a small apartment up to €90 for a 5-room apartment.
    • For a cleaning kit, additional cleaning supplies, or a vacuum cleaner, please contact us.

  1. Bus: 893 in front of the building entrance, to Buch S-Bahn station (2.5 km), approx. 10 minutes
  2. S2 from Berlin Buch towards the South (Blankenfelde). For example, to Berlin Friedrichstrasse, Brandenburg Gate, 25 minutes
