  4. Go to the booked room (see the room number from the booking confirmation) and take the key from the box next to the entrance
    Remove the plastic protection – see picture. Take the code from your booking, select it, welcome!

Please do not use the WiFi connection for TV or streaming films, as the bandwidth is not sufficient and other guests will then not be able to use the Internet

House rules

  1. Quiet times are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., please be considerate of other guests.
  2. The kitchen must be left clean and the garbage must be removed from the apartment.
  3. The WLAN connection is suitable for Internet surfing, short messages and emails. At certain times when many guests in the house are streaming at the same time, the connection may be interrupted. We would therefore like to point out that for this reason the WiFi connection is not suitable for TV or streaming films.
  4. Please use the heating responsibly in winter: When you turn on the heating, please keep the windows closed.
  5. Ventilation in winter: Please ventilate the apartment regularly using “shock ventilation” for 5 minutes with the windows wide open, if necessary with a draft from several windows. Otherwise the windows should be kept closed in winter. 
  6. The landlord has the right to enter the apartment in the event of problems or defects. If the windows are permanently open in winter and the guest is not present, the landlord will close the windows and, if necessary, turn down the heating. The landlord must be granted access to the apartment.
  7. Please take off dirty street shoes in the apartment.
  8. Parking is free. Please always park so that the white boundary lines are not exceeded so that other vehicles can pass through to the parking spaces. For long vehicles, please use parking spaces on the north side (Bucher Chaussee), there are large parking spaces available there.
  9. Check-out is until 10:00 a.m. Please put the key back in the key box or on the table in the apartment.
  10. You can dispose of the rubbish at the rubbish containers, which are located at the first car entrance on Lindenberger Str. (see map). If you need additional garbage bags, please contact the administration.
  11. Smoking is not permitted in the buildings. Smoking is permitted outside in the specially designated smoking areas. Please pay attention to the marking of the non-smoking areas and do not throw cigarette butts on the floor. If you smoke in the apartment, we will have to charge you the costs for special cleaning and the loss of rental (€500).
  12. Outside: Noisy groups, loud telephone calls and the consumption of alcohol and cannabis are not permitted.
  13. Electronic devices brought by the guest such as laptops, tablets, smartphones, razors, etc. may not be charged in the guest’s absence. If a fire occurs in the apartment due to an electronic device brought by the guest, the guest is liable for all damage resulting from this.
  14. When listening to music, television or conversations, please pay attention to the room volume. Parties are not permitted.
  15. Pets are not allowed.
  16. Rearranging the furnishings, bringing your own furniture or storing moving boxes or other large items is not permitted.
  17. Price list for other services:
    • Laundry service (pick-up and delivery service): €10 per 7 kg
    • Intermediate cleaning of the apartment including bed linen and towels: between €30 and €90 depending on apartment size

  1. Bus: 893 in front of the house entrance, to Buch S-Bahn station (2.5 km), approx. 10 minutes
  2. S2 from Berlin Buch towards the south (Blankenfelde). e.g. to Berlin Friedrichstrasse, Brandenburg Gate, 25 minutes
