The apartments are located in Berlin Marzahn, in the historic village center of Alt-Marzahn. In the listed building, we offer modern apartments and holiday homes with a homely atmosphere. In addition to the apartments, we offer satellite TV and free Wi-Fi internet throughout the property. 

Shops for daily needs are reachable on foot in a few minutes (approx. 500 m). By tram (stop approx. 500 m from the house), you can reach Berlin Mitte (Alexanderplatz station) in about 30 minutes.
The Gardens of the World, or the hiking area around the Wuhle, offer many activities. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
