Tasks

Management of the apartment house (operational and commercial)
Commercial responsibility for sales, budget and cost management
Promotion and further development of the team
Optimization of processes
Primary contact person for the concerns of the guests, the team and the suppliers
Ensuring compliance with high standards in housekeeping
Quality assurance regarding the maintenance and equipment of the apartments
Instruction and control of Repairs
