    1. Please use the entrances or driveway shown on the map below. You may park in any parking space that is not reserved for someone else; please pay attention to the markings and only occupy one parking space.



    2. Go to your booked room 34-53 via the courtyard.



    3. Go to the key boxes to the right of the entrance




    4. Take the key from the box next to the entrance. You will have received the code for the key box in the email from us.




    5. Remove the plastic cover – see picture. Take the code from your booking and select it.
    6. Go through the door (if it is locked, use the key) and go to your apartment on the 1st or 2nd floor.
    7. If you have not checked in online: Please fill out the registration form (available in the apartment) and send it to me together with a photo of your ID card/passport via MMS/WhatsApp to: +49 160 851 2146

Please do not use the WLAN connection for TV or streaming movies, as the bandwidth is not sufficient for this and other guests will then not be able to use the internet.

House rules

  1. Office hours: Monday–Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  2. Please use the slippers provided – entering the apartment with outdoor shoes is not permitted.
  3. Smoking is not permitted.
  4. Pets are not allowed.
  5. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., please be considerate of other guests
  6. Parking is free of charge. Please park in the parking spaces marked „Schwanenburg.“
  7. Checkout is by 10 a.m. Please leave the key on the table in the apartment.
  8. The kitchen must be left clean and trash must be removed from the apartment.
  9. If the kitchen is not left clean or the trash is not disposed of, we will unfortunately be forced to charge a cleaning fee of €50 or more. 
  10. Please always close the driveway to Bucher Chaussee (top right on the map) after driving out.
  11. Please do not use the Wi-Fi connection for TV or streaming movies, as the bandwidth is not sufficient for this and other guests will then not be able to use the internet.
  12. You can dispose of your trash in the trash containers located at the first driveway on Lindenberger Str. (see map). Please use the appropriate bins (blue: paper, black: residual waste, plastic: yellow bags). If you need additional trash bags, please contact the administration.
  13. Price list for additional services
    • Washing machine: €4

    • Interim cleaning of the apartment including bed linen and towels: €45
    • Cleaning kit for 2 hours (vacuum cleaner, mop, cleaning products): €5

  1. Bus: 893 in front of the building entrance, to Buch S-Bahn station (2.5 km), approx. 10 minutes
  2. S2 from Berlin Buch heading south (Blankenfelde). e.g. to Berlin Friedrichstrasse, Brandenburg Gate, 25 minutes
